Please carefully read these general “Terms of Use” presented here before using Amped Studio, because by using our service you have agreed to be bound to the terms presented below.

If you do not agree with the “Terms of Use” then please stop using our site and services.

We reserve the right to change, update or cease to offer any part of our services or to update these Terms at our discretion.

Account Specific Terms

AmpTrack Technologies AB (Amped Studio) offer 2 account types: free individual account and a paid individual account. All accounts offered are single user license accounts and can not be transferred to another user.

Free Accounts

The Free Account gives the user access to any of the available free assets in Amped Studio. Furthermore the Free Account will have some limitations as described on ampedstudio.com/ru

Paid Accounts

There are two types of paid accounts to gain access to the Amped Studio Premium service.

1) Monthly Subscription; the user agrees to monthly automatic payments until the user cancels their monthly subscription. After cancellation the account reverts to a Free Account and all further monthly payments are stopped. If the user has any days remaining on the service the account will revert to Free after these.

2) Yearly Subscription; the user agrees to yearly automatic payments until the user cancels their yearly subscription. After cancellation the account reverts to a Free Account and all further yearly payments are stopped. If the user has any days remaining on the service the account will revert to Free after these.

User Responsibilities

Users of any account type are responsible for safeguarding their password used to access Amped Studio and for keeping contact information current. The user is further responsible for any activity that happens within their account.

Software and Updates

AmpTrack Technologies is granting the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to use the software, solely for the purpose of access to the Amped Studio services. You may not transfer, decompile or reverse engineer the software.

Amped Studio is updated periodically with new features and bug fixes. The updating process is automatic.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All registered users creating productions in Amped Studio maintain full ownership of their creations. The user can sell, share and distribute their productions without any further permission and without paying any royalties to AmpTrack Technologies AB. These Terms do not grant you any right, title or interest in the Services, Software or content in the Services. The Software and other technologies we use to provide the Services are protected by copyright, trademark. All trademarks, names and logos used in the software, platform or on ampedstudio.com/ru remain with AmpTrack Technologies AB and may not be used without AmpTrack Technologies´s permission. AmpTrack Technologies AB maintains and has all rights to the content that is provided to the user.

Sound Library

Registered Free users are granted a non-exclusive license to use any of the Free sounds in their productions and without further permission from AmpTrack Technologies AB. This non-exclusive license does not give the user the right to sell, share or distribute the sounds or other content provided by AmpTrack Technologies AB.

Premium Account Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use any of the Free or Premium sounds in their productions and without further permission from AmpTrack Technologies AB. This non-exclusive license does not give the user the right to sell, share or distribute the content provided in the Sound Library or Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Services or Accounts at any time, if we feel the user is not complying with the “Terms of Agreement”. We may suspend or terminate an account the use the Services in any way that cause us legal liability or disrupt others’ use of the Services. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to let you know in advance and help you retrieve any data, though there may be some cases (for example, repeatedly or flagrantly violating these Terms, a court order, or danger to other users) where we may suspend immediately.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AMPTRACK TECHNOLOGIES, ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR PROFITS) DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER AMPTRACK HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Miscellaneous Legal Terms

THESE TERMS AND THE USE OF THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAW OF SWEDEN.
